Hello

Please i need your help on this issue. 

I opened a file on laptop “a” this morning via explorer after pressing sync on the online teams login.

When I open the file it says read only until I click in Edit Workbook – as in pic.

I made a change to the excel file and closed file.

40 mins later on laptop “b” I try and open the same file

When I open both files online via office354 and teams and files it works fine and I can see its open for editing by user 2 or 1

Any advise please.
