Why does SharePoint Document folder stop syncing
We have a small number of users where their Synced libraries will suddenly stop syncing.
Background:
This is the tail end of an on-prem File Share to SharePoint migration. The migration went well. Instead of mapping to network drives they are now using the OneDrive client to sync to the SharePoint Document Libraries. Most users are fine but a handful are having an issue where the local Document Library will stop syncing. A restart of the PC or simply restarting the OneDrive application does nothing. When the Document Library stops syncing it no longer appears under the Accounts section of the OneDrive app.
One of the main Document Libraries is huge so when we kick off a resync the resync can take hours. All user machines are either Windows 10 or 11, running all latest versions of OneDrive.
Has anyone ever come across this?

SWOT analysis and SWOT diagram with Copilot
Word can process corresponding prompts well. However, when it comes to displaying a diagram from the SWOT analysis, Word does not seem to be able to do this.
Windows Copilot can create the corresponding basics (table with four columns), which can then be transferred to Excel. However, Excel itself then refuses to create a diagram.
Unfortunately, the additional specification in Excel or Word that the SmartArt graphic “Cycle Matrix” should be used as a template for the diagram does not help either.
I know that you can create very good SWOTs with non-Microsoft products. But that is not the question.
What is the correct procedure for Copilot to create a SWOT diagram?
Thank you very much for your support.
Best regards
Andreas

Using Entra ID Classifications with Microsoft 365 Groups
Entra ID classifications don’t seem very exciting because they’re text-only visual markers for Microsoft 365 groups and teams that don’t come with any of the intelligence built into sensitivity labels. However, classifications can do a useful job for Microsoft 365 tenants that don’t have the necessary licenses for sensitivity labels or who don’t want to implement sensitivity labels.

Higher count of prompt token count generated using Azure OpenAI with Azure Cognitive search service.
Hi
I am using Azure OpenAI with Azure Cognitive services as grounded data. And the LLM is GPT 3.5
My understanding of the flow is as follows.
User sends the prompt questionLLM looks in to the grounded data (Azure cognitive service)Generates the response and return to user.
While validating the implementation, I found irrespective of the prompt question length, the number of prompt tokens it is generating looks to be on higher side. Now my question is, is the prompt token count generated is as expected? Is there a scope of improvement to reduce the number of tokens generated?

Teams New View Shows Self Camera (July 2024)
Had an update to Teams today for version 24165.1414.2987.41. and attended daily standup meeting. We all experienced a new gallery view and could all see our self camera in a box along with everyone else’s camera in equal portion. The small self camera view that has always been on the bottom right of the screen was gone.
Really don’t like this change. I was not aware it was happening nor can I find anything on Message Centre or Roadmap about it?!

Formatting View in List based on criteria
Hi all,
I have a SharePoint list in which I would like to create a formatting view on row-level. I want to achieve that the rows will be visualized red when the Urgency is set to ‘Oplossen binnen <6 maanden’ (English (Solve in 6 months), the status is unequal to ‘Gereed’ (English: Done) and the item has been there for over 6 month checking to the date it is created.
I used following syntax but unfortunately nothing happens. Can someone help me with this?
{
“$schema”: “https://developer.microsoft.com/json-schemas/sp/v2/row-formatting.schema.json“,
“additionalRowClass”: “=if([$Urgentie] == ‘Oplossen binnen <6 maanden’ && [$Status] != ‘Gereed’ && (Number(utcNow()) – Number([$Created])) > 15778800000, ‘ms-bgColor-redDark’, ”)”

My computer beeps and black screen
Sometimes, usually around night time, I’ll hear a sudden beep sound coming from my computer. It’s not a notification beep or an error beep. It’s happened multiple times, and I’m not sure what’s causing it. Sometimes the beep is accompanied by a brief black screen or a flicker, but other times it just disappears as quickly as it started.
The other issue my computer will go to a black screen for a few seconds before reverting back to normal. This has happened even when I’m in the middle of using the computer, and it’s not related to any specific task or program. I’ve tried restarting my computer and checking for updates, but the issues persist. Has anyone else experienced anything similar.

Outlook not sending notifications?
Hey,
we have this issue since a couple of days that the Outlook Desktop App does not send notifications when a mail arrives.
I checked various settings within Outlook and Windows 10 but nothing seems to work. We made sure that we are not in some sort of Focus Mode and all toggles for notifications are on.
