I have noticed that the “Sort Smallest to Largest” and “Sort Largest to Smallest” options are not working in Excel. When I try to use these options to sort my data, I do not get the expected results.

Details:

Excel version: Version 2406Operating System: Windows 11Type of data I want to sort: Numbers

Steps I have tried:

Reinstalled ExcelTried with another fileAttempted to repair ExcelAll attempts were unsuccessful

I would appreciate your help in understanding the cause of this issue and finding a solution. Alternatively, could I try this in another Excel file?
