i need help with exchange on-prim not emailing to a user who account was crated in active directory and email account is on office 365 and exchange online. i was able to get remote enabled and guild key but if a copier sends a message thought the server the user does not get it. i tried changing the legacy dn but did not work the mail trace for every one else shows up as copanyvl.mail.onmicrosoft.com but this user in question do not have this happen for so looking for help. any idea would greatly appreciate
