Hello,

I’ve created the meeting which need to access everyday with 30-40 members, for 2-3 years.

We always use the said room for discuss any topics in chat, when we need to have an meeting we will access the said old room by click”Join”, then everyone can join.

But, for currently when all members in the said chat room click “Join” the meeting, they have to wait the organizer to admit them from the lobby then can access into the meeting room.

How can the organizer assign all members can access to join the meeting without admit?
