How to upsample an ECG signal and its associated data?
I have an ECG signal which has a sampling frequency of 250 Hz and I want to upsample it to 360 Hz.
The signal has peaks with certain regular or irregular intervals and the peak-sample locations in the signal is recorded in Rs.
The signal has associated data that is described as follows.
sig: ECG signal whose size is 273010X1.
Rs: the sample locations where the R-peaks occur and the size is 633X1
RRs: The sample intervals of consecutive R-peaks and the size is 632X1.
lbl: the categorical of the signal at the R-peaks and the size is 633X1.
So, besides upsampling the signal, how to adjust the rest of the associated data accordingly?
