Image upload works for personal but not workplace accounts “The file couldn’t be uploaded.”

As you can see from the screenshots below, I’m still able to replicate the concerns of the original poster. When I’m logged into my personal Microsoft account, I can upload the same photo that is unable to be processed on my workplace account.
Unfortunately, I am not allowed to use my personal account for business purposes due to workplace policy so I’m unable to use one of Copilot’s best features. I already reached out to my IT department and they advised that this was a Microsoft problem so they couldn’t provide any further help. Any suggestions?
