I have a user who has shared their notebook with over a dozen users and has granted them edit permissions.  They are reporting that occasionally (it has happened more than once) that the permissions for the other users changes to view for no apparent reason.  The notebook owner, to fix the issue, needs to reshare the notebook with the correct permissions.  They are getting frustrated that they have to do this at all.

Is there a scenario that might explain why this is happening?  Is this a bug?
