PivotTable issue with duplicating field
Hello,
So a colleague of mine has set-up a pivot table for a consultation, with the entries of agree and disagree (and not answered). They’ve drawn this from imported data from a website we use for consultations.
They’ve added three additional responses, that fall under the “agree” category, however when they generated the pivot table, it’s generating a separate row for “Agree”. So say there are 15 agrees, 14 disagrees, 4 no responses and 3 agrees.
Is there a way to roll these 3 extraneous agrees into the larger set of agrees? I have a vague sense that it requires refreshing the “table” based on when I had a similar issue, but I can’t remember exactly sorry.
Thank you.
