Hi when I set up meetings up as the producer… I create the meeting invite and therefore am incharge of the breakout rooms.  The fac. concentrates on facilitation and I place participants in Breakout rooms. As the producer you control the breakout rooms they are assigned and only the person who created the rooms can go in and out of all rooms, for now.
