Our refund and returns policy only use for internal user only in Telkom University, all of services is free for internal use only.
Refunds
There is no refunds policy for all digital product, software and others data that already downloaded, it’s belong to user responsible.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
Since there is not any phisical product, so there is no late or missing refunds, user always can redownload all digital product of Telkom University.
Sale items
All product are free to download for civitas academica Telkom University only.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or not have a correct license. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping returns
If any error in product received by user, please submit ticket to IT Service Desk https://portal.telkomuniversity.ac.id/auth/login
You will be responsible for redownload the product, after IT support already fix it.
Depending on what time getting an error, the time it may take for your to redownload product to reach you may vary.
