Looking for any documentation to describe Sentinel Region migration. Like from one azure region to another azure region.

Is there possibility we can move log analytic workspace data to new region 
Is that data will be usable (can we query data)
what other major factor to consider while migrating. Things we can automate and things we need to do manual while migrating Analytic rules, Logic apps, workbooks, automation rules, workbooks, watchlists, Data connectors, parsers etc.
