I am dealing with an issue for a user. 

The user has reported that for the last month they have been missing some features on Stream which they previously had. 

A key part of this is the ability to generate a transcript of the video from Stream (retroactively). 

The user has reported that this used to work for them and is still working for their colleagues. 

The user is a group admin and so organizing the meetings and recording on behalf of someone else. 

That is to say that the meeting is generated from a separate users calendar.

This was how they were doing it previously when it worked, and other administrators are still doing the same thing for their managers. 

I have attached two images – One from before (when the features were present) and one from now. 

Please can someone advise on why the features may have gone and how to go about getting them back.
