I want to sync the Microsoft account with our organisation (NHS) email account, is this possible?

We need this to sync into the staffs calendars etc but if its linked with our Microsoft log in (which is a different email) we will need it to be sync. Or is there a way to forward/redirect emails to the NHS account?

We need it to be linked with the account as we do not have permissions etc in the NHS account (as says do not have access to create shared bookings but it is an option on the other Microsoft email account as there licence is linked with this). However this is not the main account we use and need this sync together. Please can i check this ASAP?
