I am trying to open a parquet file and I get an error with parquetread:

Reshaping a matrix based on the first row
I am trying to make a for loop that creates a new array that groups row data into corresponding columns:
My current arrays are something like this (both same size):
[270 270 270 271 272 272 273 273 273]
[12 2 3 14 5 2 6 8 11]
I want 4 columns (each representing 270, 271, 272, 273 respectively) that will produce something like this:
[12 14 5 6; 2 NAN 2 8; 3 NAN NAN 11]
my for loop is currently creating a 9 by 3 array that has the correct values in each column but is producing a bigger shape (more NANs).

How to segment dataset and randomly sample and append datapoints?
I’m attempting to recreate an example from this paper. This is essentially segmented randomly sampling. This is similar to the idea of sampling across the entire dataset, but ensuring that each segment has an equal chance of being represented.
Assume there’s a table:
T(:,1) = [3.0, 5.6, 10.2, 12.0, 14.4, 15.6];
T(:,2) = ["08-Feb-2019 12:34:52", "11-Feb-2019 16:07:17", "16-Feb-2019 14:50:31", "20-Feb-2019 05:43:51", "25-Feb-2019 07:55:24", "02-Mar-2019 11:06:27"];
The table is divided into s=3 segments, resulting the following divisions:
Seg1(:,1) = [3.0, 5.6];
Seg1(:,2) = ["08-Feb-2019 12:34:52", "11-Feb-2019 16:07:17"];
Seg2(:,1) = [10.2, 12.0];

Then to create new datasets T, we append each randomly selected datapoint from each segment. This should result in (nCr)^s new datasets, or in this case (2C1)^3=8 new datasets. An example of one dataset is:

How to do ‘cos’ curve fitting for data obtained.

I have been trying to do curve fit for the data given below.
I want to implement ‘cosine square’ curve fitting for the data obtained and later find the peak. I have already written a program for it and obtained the graph below as attached. But I am unsure if I am correct in implementing it, so that I can find a peak.
Can someone please check my programme if it is correctly implemented and latter how can I find the peak?

Export Model from Matlab To ONNX
I am currently working on a multi-label image classification project in MATLAB and python.
I have developed a custom binary cross entropy loss layer. To extend the functionality of my model i use Python and try to export model with the ONNX framework.
However, I have encountered a notable discrepancy between the results obtained from MATLAB and ONNX. Despite my efforts to ensure proper conversion and preservation of model integrity, the outputs obtained through ONNX differ from the ones achieved within MATLAB.

Finding values within a 3D Array
The problem I have is that I have a 3D array with the dimension of 181x361x1931. If I was to simulate a line at any point through the 3D array, is there a way to retrieve all the data that the simulated line would penetrate through and store them within a new array.
I have seen various answers that deals with a 2D array, but haven’t seen anybody answer a question regarding a 3D array. I have also seen that there are various packages on Matlab that deals with Bresenham Line Algorithm in 3D matrix, but like I said the line is imaginary thus, i don;t have much of an idea of how to go about it. Error while multiplying 2 SISO transfer functions.
I have a script that reads transfer functions from .mat files, and I have what it looks like to be tf([-0.5 0],[0 1]) (I will note this with C1) and tf([0 1],[0.5 1]) (I will note this with C2). When I do the operation C1 * C2, I get the error:
"Error using *
First argument must be single or double."
I have also tried series(C1,C2), but I get the same error. (Both of them are tf type variables.)
Why I can not multiply those 2 transfer functions? Since I can not include my code (because I use multiple classes and the reader would need a repository to understand what those classes do) I am satisfied with theoretical scenarios regarding the nature of the error like "the number of inputs of C1 is not the same as the number of outputs of C2" (but this is not the case, since both are SISO tf).

Variable Frequency Ruining Signal in Simulink
I have a Simulink model. In some conditions i need to increase/decrease the frequency of the system by using ramps. Im using a Rate limiter to achieve this. Although when i try to change the frequency, actual frequency of signal gets more faster than my input. After frequency meets the desired level (when rate limiter gives constant value) signal turns to normal. I prepared an example to show my problem visually:
Here i used an sin block and changed its frequency from 1 to 2 (sec. 15). Slew rate of the Rate Limiter is set to 1. This is the scope:
Signal turns to normal frequency after about 6 seconds.This problem may be about solver options. My simulation operates on ode1 solver with 1e-4 step size. System Composer not Visible After Installation
Hello!
I’ve been trying to install and use the System Composer application. When I go to the add-on/app tab "Get More Apps" and search System Composer it says it’s installed. However whenever I go in MATLAB or Simulink for the app, I cannot find it. I’ve uninstalled it and reinstalled it multiple times (even reinstalled MATLAB) and restarted MATLAB and my computer. I’ve checked the documentation for System Composer and it says it is compatible with MATLAB R2022b (which is what I’m using).
Is there something I’m missing?

How do variables work in Matlab App Designer?
Something that I’ve noticed about Matlab App Designer is that the majoirty of the code is within functions. problem with genetic algorithm
my 6 variables optimization problem always shows this error.
"Optimization terminated: average change in the fitness value less than options. FunctionTolerance and constraint violation is less than options.ConstraintTolerance."
I’ve tried smaller Constraint Tolerance, increasing population and increasing stall generation but still the same error appears.
and one more thing
