configure a chair in microsoft mesh
hello, i have problems when i try to generate the interaction with a “chair” object and the player, i read the documentation and added the avatar teather to the avatar, i put the colliders to the chair, but the interaction is never activated. i tried to add a button but when i search through the Avatar teather function it doesn’t find any object for the node.
I need help to know how I can correctly implement this function and have the users “sit” in the chairs of an auditorium, as it works in the default Microsoft Mesh templets.
I appreciate any help or recommendation

Using VBA to testing whether values input into a cell throw an error in another cell
I have this function called funcContentsErrorFree that takes three arguments and returns a Boolean value.
Arguments:
Range address As String to a series of values (or single value)Range address As String to a single cell to input those valuesRange address As String to a cell affected by changing the input cell
Note: For ease, let’s think in terms of values, input, and output.
Function Returns:
True if all values are plugged into the input and there is no error in the output cell.False if a single value causes an error in the output cell when plugged into the input cell.
Here’s the strange thing. This function is located in a module called mRangeValidationFunctions. When I run a test in that module, the function works fine. When I run a test in frmGoalSeekPlus, the Userform crashes.
When I run the function in mRangeValidationFunctions with the same string addresses passed from frmGoalSeekPlus, the function works. So, I thought the location of the function might be an issue. However when I cut/copied the function into frmGoalSeekPlus, it still crashed the form. So, I don’t think the location should be an issue. (To further support this thesis, I have two other functions in mRangeValidationFunctions that work fine.)
I’m hoping this is a simple mistake that I’m overlooking. I’ve included the code and placed comments to make the error section obvious. I’ve also included the tests in frmGoalSeekPlus and mRangeValidationFunctions so you can see that the function works in the module, but not the form.
All sections are commented for ease of navigation. Use the comment banners and to navigate to the related code. Really hoping to get a second set of eyes on this one.

Huge performance gains: Migrate now to Azure Database for PostgreSQL – Flexible Server
It’s time to take advantage of the faster architecture and stronger value of Azure Database for PostgreSQL – Flexible Server. In February, Principled Technologies published its findings in Realize better value and performance migrating from Azure Database for PostgreSQL – Single Server to Flexible Server with AMD EPYC. The study drew three key conclusions. Moving to Flexible Server:
Significantly improves performance. Flexible Server processes a whopping 4.71 times more new orders per minute (NOPM) for speedier OLTP.
Nearly triples throughput. Flexible Server has 2.85 times the IOPS, a measure that typically translates into a better experience for your solution’s users.
Makes business sense. With a performance that “dwarfed” Single Server, and a cost analysis that showed 3.88 times the performance per dollar, Flexible Server is a better value overall.
The study used the HammerDB benchmark to compare comparable configurations of Flexible Server and Single Server. Using 10-minute runtime and 64 virtual users, the tests show that Flexible Server clearly outpaces Single Server in performance, throughput, and price, delivering better value for your mission-critical workloads.
Flexible Server delivers better database performance to handle heavy traffic, boosts throughput so users can perform more actions at once and improves performance per dollar without incurring a large cost increase.

The study calculated the price-performance value as the median of the three runs performed for each test (TPS, QPS, latency). I am attempting to activate a Sentinel analytic rule for DDoS incidents, specifically the rule named “DDoS Attack IP Addresses – Percent Threshold.”

VBA Code to Unhide All Columns When User Clicks on a Worksheet

I am a basic Excel user attempting my first VBA macro and being reminded that simple <> easy (at least not for me).
Desired VBA outcome – When a user clicks on the “Data” worksheet tab, I want the macro to unhide any hidden columns, display columns A – ZZ, and only display rows 1-18. I used ChatGPT to start. Countless iterations later, this ChatGPT code displays the rows correctly but does not unhide the hidden columns and show all columns.

I was wondering is it possible to add question in a form to link to a persons or groups Office 365 ID.
I have a form which sets up a tasks for a project and one question on the form which relates to the task owner. Currently I have a list of email addresses in a choice field which gets converted in the flow used to create the planner tasks as well as an “Other” option . This opens the door for spelling mistakes or for other issues where people have odd email addresses.

Strange meeting invite issue hoping someone can help with
Our CEO has 5 Delegates configured in Outlook but only one receives actual meeting invites. I think the others were added just to give them Editor access to his Calendar. Something strange going on when his Delegate that gets the the invite is that the meeting does not show up as Tentative on his Calendar until the Delegate accepts it. Then it shows as Accepted. I have already verified it is NOT the Delegates workstation as when I add them as a Delegate to my mailbox, it works just fine. Something with his configuration that is preventing new meetings not showing as tentative when it hits the Delegates Inbox which is should. I have already checked all the obvious settings in Outlook and compared all the mailbox settings to mine and everything is the same. He does have an iPad and iPhone that he gets his email on. Everything else with his Calendar is just fine so it’s not corrupted in any way. His Delegate has no idea how long this has been going on and just noticed it by accident. Since she is the only one that processes his meeting requests, it’s not a really big deal but it should work. Any suggestions are welcomed as I am out of ideas. Could it be a problem with too many Delegates or maybe the iPad or iPhone? For what it’s worth, the in addition to being a Delegate to the CEO mailbox, they also have full access to the mailbox so it appears in their Outlook. Probably not related but wanted to mention it.

Windy City Wisdom: Learnings from our Chicago Viva Glint Roundtable Event
Aligning with the 2024 Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology annual conference in Chicago, on April 18 the Viva Glint team brought together about 20 customers across a variety of industries for an in-person roundtable discussion. It was wonderful to be live with our customers, and a great time was had by all participants.
“Sending a quick note to say thank you to the Microsoft team for the event at SIOP! It was great to see you, to get a peek of what is on the roadmap, and to make some great connections with other Glint customers. It was a fantastic event and well worth the time at our very busy SIOP event.”
During the event, we gained feedback on the product roadmap, learned about customer experiences and needs, split into breakout discussion groups on specific hot topics, and finished with time for customers to network and share best practices with one another.
A few highlights from the event that will impact the future direction of our product include:
Customers are excited about opportunities to more easily analyze data within the tool through cross-reporting and better multi-attribute filtering, reducing their reliance on Excel analysis and People Science support.
There is hunger for new aggregated views to offer insights on how managers are using Glint and how managers are utilizing emerging tools such as Viva Pulse and Copilot to ensure responsible usage.
Customers are very focused on action taking and would love to see more features to improve action identification and efficacy. There were ideas shared such as an open forum for leaders to share tips and tricks with one another and increased transparency of action plans to encourage accountability from everyone in the organization.
Many customers are focused on driving buy-in from their leadership teams and are accomplishing this through connecting results to key business outcomes.

Windows 11 Lock Screen Issue
On my home workstation, the only thing that I can get to appear on the lock screen is the “Weather and more.” I’ve tried every other option and nothing appears on the lockscreen…not mail or calendar or 3d viewer or anything. On my laptop, all is well. On my workstation, only Weather and More.
