Sorry to take your time. I have tried hours to figure this out myself to no avail. 

I want to create a Microsoft Word document whereby there are various tickboxes.  When I click on that tickbox, some standard text comes up.    Eg

‘tickbox’ window poor………..when I tick this a pre-written paragraph comes up about how the window is in poor condition

‘tickbox’ window average……when I tick this, a prewritten paragraph comes up about how the window is in average condition. 

Does such a thing exists. I believe it does, I just can’t fathom how to do it.
