I have tested a 3-input truth table with all permutations of inputs (000 001 010 100 011 110 101 111) and not received condition coverage. It is unclear to me what the red letters mean in my coverage report. Here are the table results below. What is the meaning of the red letters in parenthesis? For action 2, it says (ok), meaning I clearly tested TTF, but, then it gives a red T in that column.
