Unable to change or add Individual Sharing Policy
Hi everyone
I’ve got a new Exchange tenant that I’m managing and I want to disable the ability for users to share their calendars with external users as per the recommendation in Microsoft Secure Score. However, if I go to Organization > Sharing > Individual sharing and edit the Default Sharing Policy it doesn’t save and just sticks at the screen below permanently with no error:
I also tried creating a new policy but this also fails with the error below:
I’ve got the Global Admin role so I don’t think it’s permisson related but I’ve never seen this issue before and can’t seem to find any documentation that mentions anything? Any advice from anyone who has run into this before or may know what could be causing it would be gratefully received.
Thanks in advance.
