I am trying to set up a bookings page which would involve 1 staff member (representing a whole team on a rota) as well as 2 available room spaces which have been set up as “staff” identities so we can have a calendar for them.

What I need to be able to do is set up a service which will search the staff member’s calendar for availability and then look to see if either of the two rooms is available. 

I have puzzled over this for a while and can’t see that there is a workaround as such that will allow me to have a staff and either of the two rooms together as a bookable entity. It would just have to be the staff member and room 1 and then another service with the staff member and room 2.

This could get really confusing for end users as they are going to have to look at two different services to see if appointments are available.

Can anyone see a fix I have missed please?
