I have an old, local license that is coupled to my original Matlab license. At the same time, we have the campus-wide license. Until last year, I could log in my own account and update my license. I must update my license and when I enter my user name (my email) I am redirected to the campus login, wherefrom I cannot see my own user. Is there a way to access my own account?
