How can I find Windows 11 product key I forgot it?
Hello! I recently upgraded to Windows 11, but unfortunately I forgot my Windows 11 product key. I tried to retrieve it but don’t know where to start. Is there any way to find product key for Windows 11? Or is there any tool or method that can help me recover or view the key? Any help is greatly appreciated!

Windows 11 Media Creation Tool Can’t Find USB and Not Working!
I’m trying to create a Windows 11 bootable USB using the Windows 11 Media Creation Tool, but I’m running into an issue where the Windows 11 Media Creation Tool can’t find my USB. I’ve made sure the USB is properly connected and recognized by my computer (I can see it in File Explorer), but the Media Creation Tool still doesn’t detect it.
I’ve already tried the following troubleshooting steps without success:

Save document library as a template option has disappeared
Hi
I am the SharePoint administrator, and only a few week ago, I saved a document library as a template (which I have done many times). I went to do this today and the option has disappeared. The custom scripts are enabled, so that is not the issue.
Also, in the Site settings under Web Designer Galleries, only two options are now there, where there was a list of options.
Has Microsoft made a change recently that would disable these? I have made no changes in our admin centre.
I would be very grateful for any advice!

I have the following ‘Assignment Types’
Short Term Assignment
Commuter Arrangement (2015)
I need a formula to look at the text in a field and if it matches either of these Assignment Types it shows ‘Home’, if it doesn’t match, it shows ‘Host’.
I may need to add further Assignment Types later so I also need to know how to add in further text options to look for to show a result of Home.

UTC times incorrect on Bookings Page
Amsterdam is UTC+1, not UTC+2 ! Time zones are standardised, therefore this is incorrect.
In all my Microsoft Apps it is shown correctly (also in the settings) but on the Booking page, it is wrong.
My clients also see everything one hour shifted which is very annoying.
I checked ALL settings several times. Everything it is UTC+1 for Amsterdam.

Connecting branch points using a straight line as dictated by the skeleton
I want to connect the branch points and endpoints of a skeleton (see sample skeleton below) via straight lines. However, the lines should be along the path of the skeleton. The old Files tab in Teams chat is being replaced by the Shared tab. The new tab exposes both files and hyperlinks and Microsoft says that the Shared tab will support more types of objects in the future. No dates are given for the future enhancements, but the new Shared tab will roll out for Teams chat users in early July 2024. I like the new tab because I tend to share many hyperlinks in chats.

Conditioanl formatting – strike through doesn’t work
Hello,
I have a problem in the SharePoint Online Lists which strike through is not working.
I have set “Conditional formatting” if one column “Claim closed” = YES then strike through this row.
also “Underline” and “Borders” aren’t work.
Other “bold” and “Italic” option are working.
For my investigation, I’m created new list but result is the same. I can’t do anything for running these options.
Funny part it is that strike through and underline options have been worked, this was happened month ago more or less.

Hi, One of the users of a Excel Js Add-in that I’ve recently had published to AppSource (Copy as List) has reported getting an Anti-Virus popup every time he starts Excel.
From Avast anti-virus. The message is:
Connection to this website is not secure.
Avast has blocked access to https://uci.cdn.office.net/ because one of the issuers of the server certificate has expired.
Certificate: cdn.uci.officeapps.live.com
Issuer: Microsoft Azure ECC TLS Issuing CA 01
Indeed, if I try to browse to that URL in Chrome, I get an error:
“This server could not prove that it is uci.cdn.office.net; its security certificate expired in the last day. This may be caused by a misconfiguration or an attacker intercepting your connection. Your computer’s clock is currently set to Friday 28 June 2024. Does that look right? If not, you should correct your system’s clock and then refresh this page.”
Does anyone know what this is? Is it related to my add-in? How do I fix it? What advice do I give to my user?

IIS URL Rewrite issue
I was trying to implement IIS URL rewrite functionality but is is not working as it should be. There are two servers. Server1 has SQL and SSRS. Server2 has IIS installed. Both servers have Server 2022. SSRS is accessible on Server2. One domain is registered as abc.com. from abc.com, sites from Servers are accessible. For SSRS, rather that using http://server1/reports, we tried to implement URL rewrite function. if someone click for reports, it should display http://abc.com rather than http://server1/reports.

Teams calling issue.

Please i need your help on this issue.
Since updating to the new version of Teams users cannot make calls by clicking a number on the CRM system.
The users are licensed to make phone calls.
Previously when a user clicked the number on the system Teams would open and dial the number.
Now when clicking we get the message; Sorry, we’re unable to complete the call
There was an issue finding the person you were trying to reach.
This only started happening when we updated Teams.
