Hoping you can help me understand how to get all my inboxes synced up:

I have one Outlook/Microsoft account that is logged in on several devices. Below listed:

My laptop: Here I’m logged in on the desktop app (the new version) and able to receive emails and view them, but only up to June this year. My laptop: When I log in with the same credentials on the web version, I can not see any of the emails. I can still send them, and replies to those emails only show up in my desktop app. My Android phone: Functions the same as the desktop app on my laptop with same restrictions in date view.My PC. This is an older device. It seems to not be connected to a server properly, is still running the older Outlook app, and has email history from before June, but not there-after. Strange thing here is that it’s not logged into any account, and when I try, it says it doesn’t recognize my account as an existing account. It seems like the emails have been downloaded offline. I’ve downloaded a PST file and attempted to open it on my laptop, BUT;On my laptop, when going to the older app version to open the pst file, I also can not log into my outlook account with the same issue as described in point 4: It doesn’t recognize the account.

I’ve played around a bit with POP and IMAP settings, but I’m not very familiar with Outlook and generally not too tech savvy. (but can follow instructions).

Hoping these points help with providing some clues and you can give me some pointers to get this resolved.

Is Copilot not capable of generating files from scratch? I asked it to create a simple spreadsheet of 5 columns and 20 rows.  It executes the function, then gives me a link. However, the link brings me to a “Page not found” page on Bing and then just defaults to Bing home page. I’m wondering if Copilot just can’t do it or if organization security is preventing it.  I have been using ChatGPT to do this without an issue but now my organization wants us to use Copilot for security sake, which I get. I have been working for years on a semantic search engine in WPF and in Asp.Net with C# and Sql Server 2022 and I need to be able to search for synonyms and inflections of the words in the phrase that the user enters.

I have encountered the problem that the parameter “contains_search_condition” of the Contains or ContainsTable command is limited to 4000 characters.

Just by searching for the synonyms and inflections of a word, this limit can be exceeded. It is not solved even if the words are entered into a Varchar(max) variable and passed to the parameter.

I can’t use the synonyms system that T-Sql includes for “Full Text” because it is too simple and has multiple errors and shortcomings and I think it was abandoned in 2008 because they never talked about it again.

Several years ago I reported this problem and other important problems that I have found in T-Sql to Microsoft Spain in writing, who reported it to Microsoft USA. They told me that “they were going to work on these problems.”

I have not heard anything again and I need a solution, because I am stuck on this problem.

When I attempt to access or run batch scripts on one of these computers, I receive an “Open File – Security Warning.” Interestingly, this prompt does not appear on at least two of the other computers. Unfortunately, I cannot confirm whether the same warning occurs on the remaining computer as I do not have access to it at the moment.

The warning message correctly identifies me as an “unknown publisher.” Curiously, Windows does not flag the same script when run from a local drive. I am baffled as to why this particular computer is being overly cautious and prompting this warning, as I believe it is likely due to a misconfiguration on my part. I have attempted to locate and rectify the setting causing this issue, but thus far have not been successful. If you have any insights on what may be causing this discrepancy and how I can address it, I would greatly appreciate your assistance.

Occasionally, when attempting to pin a new app to the taskbar, the existing pinned shortcuts vanish abruptly, prompting a need to re-pin them. This issue arose multiple times when trying to add the PowerShell 7 terminal to the taskbar. Furthermore, whenever I re-pin the shortcuts, numerical increments are added to the app labels, similar to file copying scenarios where duplicates are labeled with numbers, for instance: Discord (4), Brave (4), PowerShell 7 (x64) (3). I am curious if the pinned shortcuts are duplicated in a designated folder location, resulting in the appended numbering. Is there a way for me to manage, relocate, or create backups of these pinned shortcuts?

I usually use this feature quite often, so it was frustrating to see it missing. Instead, I was presented with a list of Microsoft Office document options and a few others like a bitmap image. 

After investigating further on another computer, I noticed that only a few extra entries were available, such as a text document, Photoshop Elements document, and Visio diagram. However, the crucial ‘text document’ option was missing.

Thankfully, I found a solution by right-clicking on an existing text document, selecting ‘open with’ and then choosing a different app like Notepad. By setting Notepad as the default app and then switching back to Notepad++, I was able to restore the ‘text document (Notepad++)’ option in the right-click menu. Im using Outlook Version 2408

I have a sensitive label Confidencial set to let user assign permissions and the option Do not Forward Enabled

If I remove the label or change it to a lower priority one without encryption. The option Do Not Forward is not automatically removed.

I have to remove it manually from the option Encrypt to fix it.

With the Outlook new version or Web this is not happening, but some user still use these Outlook Desktop version

This will be a problem by the time for users. They might be sending encrypted email messages accidentally or sending encrypted emails with Public sensitivity label. Is there any way to fix it.
