Achieving D365 Specialization Sales – MS keeps partners in the dark wrt retiring certifications
If you are a partner and hold or want to achieve the D365 BizApps Sales Specialization, you are soon in troubled waters. With required certifications retiring, we partners need to plan to replace our 15 Sales/Customer Insights certifications with new ones. However, Microsoft has not informed us which certifications will replace the current ones for Sales Specialization!
We are just weeks away from the retiring deadline (Nov 2024)! This is what we face as partners:
Total number of staff with a Sales and Cust Insights certs will decrease from a partner’s list of skilled people (for Sales Specialization) from Jan 2025.From Nov 2025 you must have replaced these 15 certifications why “some other certifications”.MS announced in May 2024 the retiring of these certs. Now, 6 months later, still no plan (and MB-280 in beta!)
In other words: Once MS has announced which new certifications will replace Sales/Customer Insights, we partners must get 15 of our team members certified ASAP (with the new eligible certs). This is a BIG ask, surely for small partner teams, and surely an impact on productivity!
And no: For most partners aiming for Sales Specialization, it makes no sense to invest into certifications which retire soon. Just saying, as I saw posts recommending getting certified for MB-210/220 now.
———————————————————————————-
The current certification requirements for D365 Sales Specialization are:
Fifteen (15) individuals must earn at least one of the following intermediate certifications (And minimum of 3 individuals required in each certification): – and these all retired in Nov 2024!
Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant AssociateMicrosoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Insights (Journeys) Functional Consultant Associate
Do you realize that ALL these certifications will expire soon!?

SUMIFS help
Am I asking for the impossible, to get this to work?
I’m trying to pull data by cost category and fiscal year without having to break it all out in a new table, but I’m thinking this isn’t going to happen. This is the formula I am currently trying – =SUMIFS(C3:CP22, B3:B22, “=Design”, C2:CP2, YEAR(2022)).
Appreciate the help.

What I want to do is after the Max WK column, add another that counts how many projects overlap in dates by store.
For example. Store 1345 has 3 projects in total and all 3 are overlapping in dates. Answer 3
Store 1111 only has one project and therefore naturally there are no other projects overlapping. Answer 0
Based on my column structure, is this possible?
Thanks for your help!

Insert Multiple checkboxes at once.
Hi,
I’m finding this very frustrating; I have an Excel 365 sheet of around 400 lines which I am constantly adding new columns to.
I wish some of these new columns to be populated by checkboxes that I can then run filters on.
After much searching online I have enabled the developers tab, but this only seems to allow me to draw one check box at a time, and these new boxes do not seem to be linked to the cells i draw them over.
I want a way to select a large range of cells and turn them all into checkboxes with a single action.
Why has the very simple task of turning a range of cells into checkboxes become so difficult and convoluted?
If I hadn’t already shared this sheet with other people, i would have migrated everything over to googlesheets.

Users can’t view or access a specific item in library
I hope someone can help me, as I am at the end of my ressource.
There is one specific file from my library that some users can’t view in the list and access.
It’s not only that is not accessible, they just can’t see it on their list at all.
There was a shared link that changed the permission, so I removed it and inherited the parent permission. That probably worked for some users (I couldn’t confirm by myself that they didn’t see it previously) but not everyone.
I checked the permission for that file and compared it to another file they can see and access and it’s identical. So what the hell is going on ?
I have attached two screenshot for the same user for different files. RE-06 doesn’t work but RE-07 work.
Thank you if any one can help.

Inserting SharePoint library images into Word
Hi all – first time post; I have tried to search for similar discussions but could not find any; apologies if duplicating.
When inserting an image into a Word document, there does not appear to be a simple route to navigate to SharePoint/Teams sites and select images stored within libraries. This seems bonkers. Am I missing something obvious here?
Many thanks in advance for your time.

Specific conditional formatting for each table?
So hi everyone, hope you are all having a good day 🙂
ok so in this table the main focus is on the marks and the score, which I used conditional formatting on to have the cell in the www column be green if they are the same and orange if they are not.
This all works fine but duplicating this table the conditional formatting is only connected to the first set of data and won’t pass over? I need around 30 of these tables so would prefer it to be duplicatable if possible? rather than creating rules (12 x 30) times ha.
I have tried officially making it a table but that didn’t seem to work either but I feel like I’m getting closer?
A table like this I can just duplicate and then input the score?
So hi everyone, hope you are all having a good day 🙂 ok so in this table the main focus is on the marks and the score, which I used conditional formatting on to have the cell in the www column be green if they are the same and orange if they are not. Read More
MAM Broker Apps – Android & iOS
I recently tested the behavior of broker apps for MAM policies in both Android and iOS.
Android:
Initially, I started with no policy applied to the user, installed Outlook, and logged in with my corp credentials. after some time I deployed the policy to the user profile and waited for it to sync so that it would prompt to install the company portal as expected behavior, but it didn’t then I installed Teams and logged in as soon as I did that policy kicks in and prompted me to Install company portal and policy deployed to the device.
iOS:
I followed the same steps as Android, however as soon as I installed Teams policy started to kick in but it didn’t prompt me to install Microsoft Authenticator as a broker app.
Is this an ideal scenario? MS Authenticator is not required to push MAM policies to iOS Devices.
In both cases, The device didn’t get registered and the device entry was not shown under the user’s devices.

How to have a cell A equal cell B IFERROR in cell C OR cell D, but empty if cell C isn’t an error?
My issue is that I want to have cell E11 equal to cell E8 if cell I8 is an error, but have cell E11 be empty if cell I8 ISN’T an error. I have tried using various combinations of IFERROR and IF functions, but cant come up with a solution. I know basic excel functions but cant figure out some of the more complex ones and when/how to use them. I am trying to make a calculator that outputs all possible answers and stages of simplification of a simple ax^2+bx+c equation, so I am also trying not to mess up my other formulas in the process. Any suggestions? Here is my sheet for reference. Any tips on any of the other parts of the sheep would be great too.

Issues with Display adapters, System devices, Audio inputs&outputs, Audio Processing Objects (APOs)
In Display adapters, I see AMD Radeon RX 6800M and AMD Radeon(TM) Graphics. Both say in Properties “This device isn’t using any resources because it has a problem.” In System devices High Definition Audio Bus also says “This device isn’t using any resources because it has a problem.” Audio inputs and outputs I see Microphone Array (Realtek(R) Audio) and Speakers (Realtek(R) Audio). In Audio Processing Objects (APOs) I see DolbyAPO SWC Device. The things in Audio inputs and outputs and Audio Processing Objects (APOs), DON’T say “This device isn’t using any resources because it has a problem.” but the reason I bring them up is because my laptop speakers are now staticy and sometimes the audio will speed up and then go back to normal. This has never been happening until I updated to Windows 11 Home Insider Preview Windows Insider Program Canary Channel Evaluation copy. Build 27723.rs_prerelease.241004-1602. This is not an external issue so opening up and taking apart my computer to check stuff won’t do anything. I think it definitely has something to do with updating to this Windows 11 Home Insider Preview Windows Insider Program Canary Channel. Uninstalling these devices in Device Manager doesn’t do anything. And for all of these they say “The best drivers for your device are already installed.” I click “Search for updated drivers on Windows Update” and I click “Check for updates” but it says “You’re up to date.” I go to “Advanced options” and “Optional updates” and it says “There are no optional updates available at this time.” I go to Microsoft Store Insider, I go to “Downloads”, I click “Get updates”, I get a checkmark/tickmark and everthing is up to date. I go to “Recovery” I go to “Reset thic PC” I click the “Reset PC” button, I do everything to Reset the PC. That also doesn’t do anything to fix this. These are my Device specifications:

Custom hours on service
In the service, we have custom hours set up for each day for general availability. The calendar had out of office set for next week, but the bookings page still showed that day time as available. Is this because we set custom hours and not “Bookable when staff are free” option? when it is custom hours, doesn’t it look for free time to book? Screenshots below

Email Reminders – Not listed as option
Hi! I am trying to set up email reminders for Bookings. When I select advanced options in the Meeting Type and Schedule Customization sections, the only options relate to buffer time and and lead time. Any ideas? Thanks@
