Adding students to speed dial
I am a student within the Davis School District. I was using teams and adding other students WITHIN my district to my speed dial list. Most if not all students it would add without problems, but a certain student it kept saying that they couldn’t add them to the speed dial list. Why is this? Can this be fixed? If it doesn’t let me add them to speed dial does that mean that I cannot call them using teams? Thank you for taking the time to answer these questions.

I’m trying to get a spreadsheet to conditional format if an actual time is past the scheduled time. I have my formulas built in where the condition is reading when I input values. My issue is if I have a PM scheduled time entered, then the actual time is AM (of the next morning) then I need that to show as late. Is there a way to do this so the actual AM will register being as being greater than the scheduled PM so it will flag red for late. Any help, or even a different formula would be greatly appreciated.
These are my current conditions set
This is my data in military time, Row 4 is my example where 17:05 (5:05 pm) is my scheduled, the actual was late at 00:30 (12:30 am) next morning. I can’t have date and time in the cell so I can’t figure out how to do it.

Viva Engage – Articles – what license is needed for end users
Hello,
I am looking for the answer for my case. We have couple of Viva suite licenses and use Viva Engage for internal communication specifically type of message “Article” which is available only for people who are licensed. Do have to be covered also end users who are just consumers of messages (Articles) in Viva Engage and are not able to create this kind of message?

Conditional Access falsely detects logins from Android as Linux (and blocks them)
Hi everyone,
we’re facing an issue which we can’t solve correctly:
Scenario:
Users are accessing M365 Content from Windows, iOS and Android Devices.Conditional Access is configured to block Logins from “unknown platforms”, so only Win, iOS and Android are allowed.
Issue:
Some users experience weird issues: They’re using an app with m365 SSO. The App opens up the Edge Browser for handling the login-flow. Afterwards the login fails.As i can see in the Entra SIgn-in Logs the user-agent is linux. (Therefore it gets blocked correctly)A few minutes before the same user, with the same mobile phone, with the same app access isn’t blocked, because the login was recognized correctly as android.
Currently i don’t have any ideas and i was hoping some of you have great ideas. 🙂
(Adjusting the Conditional Access Policy to allow linux isn’t an option, of course.)

outlook.com. No access to the outlook support team
4 weeks ago my email stopped arriving in outlook.com. I pay £7.99 a month, and every time I have contacted Microsoft through the online help and X (twitter) they all say the same thing, we cannot help you, you need to talk to the outlook support team, every instruction they give me to contact the outlook support team it takes me back to the same people who tell me they cannot help me, when tell them I am going around in circles they just say, we share your frustration. Does anybody know how to contact the outlook support team who deal with the back end servers. I think it is linked to another problem on the account, it will not let me login with my primary account name but it will let me login with the alias account name. BTW I have all the free space I need on the account it’s nothing like the usual b basic stuff, it’s definitely a backend server issue. If anyone can help I would appreciate it as its just impossible to move forward with this –

Filter columns by criteria, dynamic spilled/list.
Hi,
For each row in a dynamic range, I want to filter/select the headers if it is a “X” in the line column.
I made it work with Filter. But I dont get that to be dymamic for each row in the list.
=TAKE(FILTER($T$8:$AD$10;’Ark1′!T23:AD23=”x”;””);1)
Filter might not be right function here. Any better solutions?

Outlook disconnects on Azure VD
We tried restarting/ rebooting the VD but it seems to not have helped.
We also tried deleting the users profile in Outlook and then add new profile. That doesnt work either.
Mind you this happens to only one user (or a few) but not everyone…
Outlook locally seems to work just fine, but not Outlook on AVD
What to do next?

UserCertificate is not created in Hybrid Join process
Hey guys,
we are just in the middle of an AD migration – OnPrem to OnPrem. The former M365 tenant stays the same, but for sure the migrated computer objects and their corresponding physical devices have to execute the Hybrid Join again.
Unfortunately we have this odd situation where we are relying on a federated third party MFA and as a consequence of this, the users have to successfully execute the Hybrid Join in order to use their M365 apps.
In most cases this runs pretty well, but lately we had some issues based on the userCertificate topic.
In some cases we found two userCertificates on the new computer object and the Hybrid Join will work neither.
I tried removing one of them, once the first one, once the second one, but this does not improve the situation at all. Just removing both of them and trying to let the computer create a new userCertificate can help.
Here comes the point where I need help. I know in some blogs they say the Automatic-Device-Join task will create the userCertificate by probing the SCP. Actually I think it is the Device-Sync task, because we could see, when this one is disabled (which is probably done after a successful Hybrid Join) you will never receive a userCertificate.
My issue is that I have some few device, where the userCertificate will not be created anymore, even if both tasks are enabled and the device has connection to the corporate network.
Is there a further way how to force a device to create its userCertificate?

Assigning asset to data product via Macula import not working
Hi, could someone help with Macula import? I’m still struggling with how to assign the asset to data product.
For “purview-import add-data-product-assets” I am using az_purview_id (received from list asset) as assetid. But everytime I have received the same error: “Error: Failed to get asset by id: NotFound.
Moreover in error message mentioned guid is not the same guid which I use in my file!
I have tried to fill assetid directly within product creation via calling “purview-import add-data-products” – also using az_purview_id (received from list asset) as assetid – and It was correctly created within the data product. But when i tried to add such asset to another data product, then response was that such guid does not exists.
I tried several assets and the result was always the same.

Managed Property not showing up correctly as a filter in PNP Search filter
Hello Folks,
I am having trouble getting a managed property (a SharePoint Library column) show up in the PNP Search filter correctly. The name of this column is “Document Department”.
There are 2 document Libraries “Working Library” and a “Published Library”. This column exists as a choice column originally in the Working Library. Power Automate processes documents through a workflow, and eventually populates the values into the same column in the Published Library.
Here is the column that eventually gets its values updated by the workflow (Below is screenshot of this column from Published Library)
For getting this field to appear in PNP Search filters, I am using a existing managed property called “Refinablestring01”, and mapped it to the “Document Department” as shown below (it is set as retrievable, refinable as shown in image)
This column (When checking in Library settings) is actually called Document Department, which I did verify (so that I know which crawled Property I should map the RefinableString01 to)
I then did a site reindex and this refinablestring01 shows up in pnp search filter
However when publishing this, the Document Department values are not showing correctly, instead it’s showing some numeric values instead of department names
But when I select the options in this filter, it does appear to filter correctly for that specific department. For example, when I select the last one “2”, the search results does filter for documents pertaining to “Project Delivery” (PD) , which is one of the actual departments in the choice values.
I am not sure why are numeric values being shown on the pnp search filter on the left, instead of the actual names of the Departments. Any advice would be appreciated

I’m working with one of my clients wherein they are having a few code still written on .net framework 3.5. client. wishes to upgrade the framework to 4.8 and SharePoint 2010 to SharePoint 2019.
I’m looking for some pointers to migrate an Code from 3.5 to 4.8, what could be the runtime changes/retargeting changes/breaking changes. It would be of great help if someone could give me a roadmap to address the problem – where to start from, what details to look into etc. I searched a lot and could not get any specific pointer for my use case. Please help.

add validation list column and comments column to a power query exported table in excel.
I want to import data from SAP to Power query, and then extract that as a table to an excel sheet,
I want to also add a column that has a drop down validation list of items (usernames) for each record in the table, and another column where text comments can be added in the table for each record.
Can I add these two additional columns inside of power query as I construct the table?
The SAP data is just SQL structured data, several columns.
