Question Related to LLM specification & Costing
My team is working on M365 Copilot using various approaches, including Message Extensions, API Endpoints, Graph Connectors, and Copilot Studio. I have a few questions regarding the AI aspects of the system:
Which large language model (LLM) is being used in M365 Copilot? Specifically, what is its version, token size, costinf etc.?Is it possible to modify the LLM model or adjust parameters like temperature?How can I access and review the conversation history?
I haven’t been able to find relevant documentation addressing these questions.

Planner Basic & Premium Limitations
Hello,
according to this resource there is a task limit in the premium plan of 1000 (9000 for the basic planner). Does the limit only apply to active tasks or to tasks which are marked as done as well?
In general, while the premium planner offers some important “premium” features, it seems like it is missing some essential features as well (which the basic planner offers like for example recurring tasks). Are there plans to add the features of the basic planner to the premium planner? If yes when will that happen?

Find according to Reference
Hi everyone. I need some help with excel. I have 2 excel sheets, “Worksheet” and “EV List”.
In EV List, I need the data for the references mentioned there. And the data is in “Worksheet”. The Reference in “EV List” might not always match 100% to the “Naam” column in “Worksheet”, but the number part in the reference should match.
So I need a formula which can look for the number part of the reference in “EV List” and see if it matches in “Worksheet”. If the number in “Worksheet” matches with a number in “EV List”, I want it marked in for example column I in “Worksheet” that it matches to a number in “EV List”.

My Site does not indexed on Bing still 8 Months

Delegation of of sub-tasks
Hi, there was a previous question from 2022 on this tech community before. However, there might be a solution today:
We create a new task in a bucketThen we create subtask – but these sub-tasks can not be delegated to a specific person
However, for us that would be very helpful as we work with Viva Goals (OKR tool) and in certain situations single task from a bucket could be delegated among the individual team members.
Can Planner Pro solve this problem?

We use ServiceNow for Incident Management. To improve the quality of our tickets, we would like to add additional information to them. This information will be provided using a SharePoint form against the ticket ID.
We are seeking guidance on integrating a SharePoint form with ServiceNow for this requirement. Our goal is to ensure that when a form is filled out in SharePoint for a ticket number and submitted, the information is automatically reflected in ServiceNow for the same ticket number.

4 programs do not run in Windows 11 Pro 24H2 build 26100.2152

Help me solve the problem with running programs?
The problem was the latest beta version of Windows 11 23H2 and these programs worked without problems. I decided to switch to the Windows Insider channel and installed the latest version of Windows 11 Pro 24H2 build 26100.2152 from it, and after that 4 programs from Hrumer stopped running, which is why it is not clear that errors do not start. Help me solve the issue of launching programs! I’m attaching error screenshots.

Can’t deploy default Cloud Scripting project
This is very strange because two weeks ago, I was able to deploy a very simple Mesh project with cloud scripting to my tenant without any issues, but now it doesn’t work. I have created a new project with just an emulator, floor and empty Mesh Cloud Scripting object, but it fails during deployment.
Here is the error message
ArgumentException: The resource object with key ‘TimeSpanHumanize_MultipleMinutes’ was not found

Which file format export when export MS Teams data from Review set Condensed export option

When Teams and Viva Engage conversations setting is true, and all the conversations are export as conversation thread in HTML File but sometimes some messages are exported in MSG format.
Could you please help us here to identify in which scenario HTML format will be export or MSG Format will be export or Both format will be export?
We observed when Teams and Viva Engage conversations setting is true conversation will be exported to HTML format and for Single thread message it will be MSG format but after few months we are receive both type of file format under Condensed Export format while configure conversation thread option true.
Please help us to understand scenario and share information on this.
Note : We are export data to condensed format from Review Set.

Improve my Power Automate flow to have less requests been executed
I have a Child flow named “Set Permissions (Child Flow)”, and on some occasions especially at the beginning of each month where the KPI work orders get created i got a message from Microsoft that my flow is running too many actions:- So i am trying to improve it, but i am not fully sure how the number of requests are actually been counted. for example i did this modification, not sure if it will force my workflow to make less requests:- 1) Previously inside my flow, I Break the Item Permission inheritance >> Get all Permissions >> loop through all the permissions >> check if the Principle is not for the admin Group >> remove them inside a loop and then reassign it with Read inside another loop , as follow:- 2) Now i did those changes. Instead of having 2 loops with one action at each loop, i only define one loop that has 2 actions, and that single loop will remove the permission and reassign it with Read + the removed the Condition check, since it is not much needed to give the admin Read on the item, since the admin is the site collection administrator, here is my updated flow:- so will the modifications which i did reduce the number of requests my flow will do? and how the requests have been counted and will be counted after my modifications? can anyone help me?Thanks Read More
