I want to prevent users from being able to add/delete files from SharePoint, however users need to be able to add comments in the existing files and tag others in those comments. Is this possible? Based on my testing, if I remove ‘Add Items’ and ‘Delete Items’ from List Permissions, they are unable to tag others in comments.
