Is there a syntax to referebnce a user for action in a task?

Ex. : “Task A” is assigner to user Tom, but Tom wants to write “@JohnDoe: can you please tell me …” without assigning the task to JohnDoe ? The idea is that JohnDoe is highlighted in blue so the reference is easily visible, and maybe even has a notification ?

Functionality quite a standard nowadays 😉 (present in Outlook, Trello…).
