I have a chart with 1 series. I set the labels to have a format of 0.00%.  When I run the preview or run the report, the output acts like the “.00” is a literal string to add to the number.

So, it displays “18.00%” instead of “18.31%”, for example.

Is this a bug, or do I have my format string wrong?
