Hello community! I receive a new email and the notification is fine, but in Outlook I see the number of unread emails next to the Inbox, I need to change the folder from the Inbox to “Sent Emails” or another folder so that the email is displayed in the preview area. Changing the sorting also works, but is so annoying that I’m thinking about going back to the classic view. I’ve heard from colleagues that they have the same problem. Restart etc. didn’t work!
