Good day

I have two lists, one called OutsideInt, and another called Business Department. The information in the OutsideInt is obtained via Power Automate collecting information from responders via Microsoft Forms.

In the OutsideInt list, there is four additional columns, that need to be populated from the Business Department list, called Exe, Exe Email, Bus, Bus Email. 

I would like that whenever an item is created in OutsideInt via the form, that an automated flow will automatically get the information from Business Department and populate this to the corresponding columns in OutsideInt.
