I created a simple feedback questionnaire using MS Forms.  The image I selected not only shows in the background, but is also shown as a duplicate on the front image.  It doesn’t matter what Customized layout I use.

Is it possible to have 2 different images on an MS Form?  One on the background and the front one changed?
