Unable to Connect Exchange Management Shell and Run Hybrid Wizard for Migration to Exchange Online

We are currently attempting to migrate from our on-premises Exchange 2016 server to Exchange Online. However, we are encountering a critical issue when opening the Exchange Management Shell, which prevents us from proceeding with the migration.
Issue Details:
When trying to connect to our Exchange Management Shell, we receive the following error:
Actions Taken So Far:
Ensured that WinRM is properly configured on the Exchange server (winrm quickconfig executed successfully).Verified that the WS-Management service is running.Checked the network configuration and firewall settings to ensure that no ports are being blocked (all necessary ports for WinRM and PowerShell remoting are open).PowerShell command Add-PSSnapin Microsoft.Exchange.Management.PowerShell.SnapIn allows us to manage Exchange on the server.Despite this, the Hybrid Wizard fails to initialize due to the connection issues described above.
