This morning, when I turned on my computer, I noticed that my user folder icon had inexplicably shrunk in size. I attempted various methods to resolve this issue, such as unpinning and restoring desktop icons, adjusting settings in the Themes section of Personalization, and rebuilding the icon cache. I even cleared the thumbnail cache, which temporarily fixed the problem, but it reappeared after a day. Despite running the necessary scripts repeatedly, the issue persisted.

I am currently using the most recent Windows 11 Pro version, and I am seeking assistance in identifying the root cause of this problem and implementing a permanent solution.
