“Unable to Open ‘Personalize’ or ‘Display’ Functions by Right-Clicking on Desktop”

Hey everyone, I’ve encountered a new issue lately. Whenever I try to right-click on the desktop and open either “Display” or “Personalize,” a Windows Script Host error message pops up.
