Ever since I updated to Windows 11 Home Insider Preview Evaluation copy. Build 27723.rs_prerelease.241004-1602 my built in laptop speaker has been staticy and audio has been out of sync, such as lips not being synced up on YouTube videos for example. This hasn’t happened until this update and it’s not an internal hardware issue cuz I checked this is definitely just an issue with this update.
