Problem installing 365 Family apps.
Hallo,
I have added someone to my new office365 family account.
After uninstalling the apps from the family members Office365 personal account I restarted the computer and accepted the invite to the family group. I also canceled the recurring billing on said family members 365 personal account.
When trying to install the apps, the install screen keeps defaulting to the personal 365 plan encouraging the family member to renew the cancelled subscription.
How can I get around this? We purchased a family subscriptions for all the benefits that it offers but are not able to use it. We do not want to extend personal subscriptions and I want to install the apps that family members have access to through the family subscription.
