After some effort I have encountered a synchronization problem
I’ve encountered a new issue with OneDrive for business.
The problem started about 2 weeks ago, the customer had an online Sharepoint document library synced locally to onedrive. Some files are LOB application files.
So the problem arises when users open files to make some changes, and after the user finishes working with the file, the user saves the file and closes the application. The files are then usually uploaded to
But the files are now stuck in “Waiting to Sync”.
The only way I can download it is to move the file from the onedrive folder, wait for the file to be deleted from the internet, then move it again and wait for it to load. But if I open the file again locally and save it, it says stuck “Waiting to sync”
I’ve tried resetting and recreating Onedrive sync, but I still get the same error.
I tried this on different Office 365 tenants and four different computers, and it was the same on all of them.
