I noticed a strange issue when checking the Power & Battery settings on Windows 11. Despite using my laptop while it’s plugged in most of the time, all the battery usage metrics show 0% and no apps are listed as using the battery. Surprisingly, this problem does not occur on another laptop with the same Windows 11 version. Any insights on why this might be happening? Your assistance is greatly appreciated.
