Cannot see/ access administrative side of my booking page
Since Sunday I haven’t been able to get my booking page to load to where I can access it. To the public it looks fine and is still accepting bookings. Here is a screenshot below of what the front facing side of the booking page looks like
To the public everything looks and works fine
The screenshot below shows how after signing into booking, the booking page I created doesn’t have my administrator label
My administrator label is grayed out for the page I created
While I can still access the page, nothing loads correctly. Calendar, Services, Staff, Business information, Customers all are grayed out.
My calendar is grayed out, even though I have active bookings
It says I have no services, but I have 2 out of 5 active
I tested cloning the page from the booking homepage and can see that my services and staff still exist, only I cannot access them in the actual booking page
If I wanted to clone the same booking page I cannot access, all of my services and staff show up
