Enterprise capability for Planner
Right now Planner is very limited as an enterprise solution. Every plan/project is in its own silo and one can’t manage resources, tasks or projects outside of a small team. The following features would be a big step forward in terms of enterprise capability:
Resource management across multiple projects. As a minimum it should be possible to view the Assignments and Charts tabs across a whole group, not just a single plan. Similar for People and Goals tabs would also be useful.Task dependencies between different projectsTask requests into a project, allowing outside the project team to make a request that the Project Manager needs to acceptAllowing a task to be in more than one project (could be similar to the above)
Other items that would be helpful:
“Sticky” views, with the current state of filters, group by, zoom, date range etc retained between sessionsBulk update of tasksMoving tasks between projectsKeeping effort constant when duration of a task is changedAllowing top-level tasks to connect to Goals

No way to share a PDF in new Teams
Hey everyone,
i need a way to share a PDF without any security nonsense meddling around and a link that can be manipulated by standard pdf parameters (or i would need an alternative solution on how to link to a specific page). Just a neat link that actually opens when clicked, plain and simple.
Simply copy a link from teams itself is of no use, it may be set to be accessible by all, but you get some .aspx nonsense no one can work with.
Alternatively i can get a link (no clue how tho, it just happened) to shared documents. That, again, does not seem to work without being logged into office365.
Is there any workaround for this or do i actually have to wait until microsoft decides to add this most basic of features?

No one but the primary user
Hi all,
When a user that isn’t the primary UPN signs on to a Windows 11 Pro laptop, explorer does not work.
When you try to load control panel, you get a prompt that it’s been blocked by the administrator.
The machines are deployed through autopilot in a hybrid setup.
Can you advise what settings maybe causing this as there’s no config policies that adjust control panel or explorer deployed.

QR code generation with multiple Bookings with me Options
Hi there,
Using “Bookings with me” I have two options for my students to select (either online or in-person meetings). I have generated a QR code for students to follow to book a meeting, but because clicking on either of online or in-person meetings has a different URL and thus generates a different QR code.
Is there a way to generate a single QR code that takes someone through to the booking page displaying both options?

Compose feature is missing in Copilot for Edge Browser
Hello Everyone,
Seems due to some recent copilot or edge browser update Compose feature is missing in Copilot for Edge Browser under Web Mode.
Tried enabling feature “Enable Compose (AI-writing) on the web” in edge browser (edge://flags/#edge-compose).
Then restarted edge even restarted the system but still no luck.
Even tried clearing the site data in edge browser (edge://settings/siteData) but still no luck.
Randomly but rarely Compose option will show but then after restarting Edge browser it will go away and never to come back.
Is there a way to fix this issue permanently?

Formula for comparing multiple columns
Good afternoon
I’m struggling to get formulas to work for me when comparing two data sets. There are four columns to compare and wanting to find if there is a matching “set” in another range of data
So I’ve been trying to do as a two step process where it checks whether the information in Data Set 1 is in Data set 2 unless concat to create unique strings, however what I also require is it then to state if there is no match, is there a match on say 3/4 items and then what is wrong if so.
Understand this might not be possible but wanted to see if anyone else had any suggestions

The Exchange 2016 server freezes periodically and stops working for several minutes for all users. In the Windows log events, there is a “Warning” with event code 2002 “The number of outstanding requests for guard TargetBackend has exceeded the max limit 150.Current request will be rejected”, which occurred when Exchange hung. Please help me understand who is the source of the warning.

Pivot Table Dr. & Cr. column values are Misaligned
I have created a Journal entries sheet in Excel which have one month sample transactions entered in it now I am trying to create Ledger from that sheet using Pivot table but problem occurs that the Dr. and Cr. amounts of entries are not lying in their corresponding cells. I mean that Dr. and Cr. amounts of a transaction are misaligned according to date entry. Can you help?

Conversation Clean Up | Issues
Hi,
I usually copy and paste the body text of a message and send it to different recipients.
Although the text is similar, they are completely different conversations but Conversation Clean Up F&S deletes all the messages except for the last one.
I don’t see any settings in File/Mail/Conversation Clean Up that can be of help.
How can I prevent the Clean Up option of deleting equal body messages but with different recipients?

Microsoft Bookings: Allow double bookings of a staff member
Hello community,
I hope someone can help me here, as I was unable to find any answers to this and documentation to Microsoft Bookings feels somewhat barebones.
What I want to achieve:
I want to have a bookings page, where customers can book appointments with one single staff member and I want to have up to three appointments to happen at the same time, all with the same one staff member.
I don’t want to use 1:N or group appointments, because the lack some basic functionality, e.g. they act as a single appointment with three slots and not as three distinct appointments. Because of this, the staff member only gets a single E-Mail for the first booking, but not for the others, that are booked later at the same time slot.
Using dummy users is not a solution for me, as I want all of the bookings to be in the same Outlook calender of the one staff member, because we don’t really use the bookings calender (would be just another tool to log into).
So is there any way to enable a limited number of simultaneous 1:1-bookings for the same staff member?

For the past few weeks, our users have been experiencing strange issues with the Microsoft Lists application. It’s possible that more people have encountered these problems and may have a solution. In some cases, clearing the SharePoint cookies helps, but unfortunately, not always.
When entering numbers in a number column, a 0 is automatically added, turning 100 into 1000.A choice column, where additional choices can be added during input, often no longer shows these externally input values in the filter window.When opening a list for the first time, it often fails to display, and the page needs to be refreshed before it becomes visible.
