Conditional filling of a cell
This is not conditional formatting. I would like to ask for advice:
I have two cells and I need to insert a function into another cell that automatically fills in predefined text depending on whether both cells meet a certain condition and another text depending on whether only one of the cells meets a certain condition.
An example: If both cells contain YES, then the amount 5,000 will appear in the third cell, however, if only one cell contains YES and one contains NO, then only 3,000 will appear in the third cell.
Thank you very much for advice!

Best way to do CIAM?
Hi,
we would like to test/use Entra as an IDP for external users. In our case that are customers and sales partners needing access (authentication) with different roles (autorisation) to different webservices. Customers and partners are all defined within Business Central (Dynamics 365). A classical CIAM usecase, I guess 🙂
We are kind a confused what’s the best way to achieve this through Entra. May be someone can help here and give some content to our 3 (?) possible ways to do this.
1. Entra External Identities with App registrations
There’s a menu within Entra -> Identity -> External identities. Combined with Application registration. I guess Entra security groups will come along for defining the different roles here?
There is that YT where MS chooses this way https://youtu.be/ZxHnv7OTzXI?si=9ZC4UiIgg757VJAW
For now we use that for our guest users only, which are more internal users than externals.
2. B2C Tenant
There is also a way to create B2C Tenant through an Azure Service. Things are similiar to (1) but also different coming to the details.
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory-b2c/tutorial-create-tenant
3. External ID Tentant
And there is “External ID” which seems to be like (2) but also “better” (in MS marketing speech). Is this just the new way to do (2) or really something new? Not really looked into this. It seems that you create that tenant through Entra and not through Azure like (2).
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/entra/external-id/customers/how-to-create-external-tenant-portal
Besides my confusion about naming and presenting “hundreds of ways” (documentations) to solve our CIAM issue. What’s your recommendation? Are there any differences with the “50k MAU” rules for licensing?

Responsible AI terms acceptance
Why accept Responsible AI terms? – AI systems involve technology, users, impacts, and deployment context. Crafting effective systems requires understanding technology, capabilities, and context. Microsoft’s Transparency Notes clarify our AI’s workings, choices, and holistic perspective. They aid in system development, deployment, and communication.
In addition to the Transparency Note, Microsoft offer guidance and resources for responsibly utilizing Azure OpenAI models, aligning with the Microsoft Responsible AI Standard followed by the engineering teams.
Roles to Accept terms – Azure account must have a Cognitive Services Contributor role assigned in order for you to agree to the responsible AI terms and create a resource.
How to Execute? – If you’re planning to use Spatial Analysis in Azure AI Vision or Text Analytics for Health in Azure AI Language, then you must create your first Vision or Language resources from the Azure portal so you can review and acknowledge the terms and conditions. Below are few examples of that.
E.g. Computer Vision

Limited Access Features for Azure AI Services
Why Limited Access? – Microsoft vision is to empower developers and organizations to use AI to transform society in positive ways. We encourage responsible AI practices to protect the rights and safety of individuals. To achieve this, Microsoft has implemented a Limited Access policy grounded in our AI Principles to support responsible deployment of Azure services.
How to Access Limited Features? – Limited Access services require registration, and only customers managed by Microsoft—meaning those who are working directly with Microsoft account teams—are eligible for access.
The use of these services is limited to the use case selected at the time of registration. Customers must acknowledge that they’ve reviewed and agree to the terms of service. Microsoft may require customers to reverify this information.

Cognitive Account Purge
Once you delete a Cognitive Account, you won’t be able to create another one with the same name for 48 hours. To create a resource with the same name, you need to purge the deleted resource.
You must have necessary permissions to purge a resource. The least permission a subscription must have – Microsoft.CognitiveServices/locations/resourceGroups/deletedAccounts/delete to purge resources, such as Cognitive Services Contributor or Contributor.
When using Contributor to purge a resource the role must be assigned at the subscription level. If the role assignment is only present at the resource or resource group level, you can’t access the purge functionality.

Shared Mailbox – best practice / delegation / helpdesk / owner
Hi everyone,
we are searching for “the” solution to manage our shared mailboxes. Although we are trying to get people to use Teams or other “new stuff”, but ppl stick with the things they know.
Our (IT) goal is:
After creation of a cloud shared mailbox the “owner” of this mailbox can handle the permission themselves OR each helpdesk user can add users
Automapping is working (no must)
Access reviews are easy to do
Categories / Out of Office can be set by the members of the SMB (which might kill automapping ;))
Anyone accomplished this (or better) and can send us in the right direction?
3rd party tools or PowerAutomate/PowerApp can also be a solution

Co-Pilot refusing to delete chat history and more.
I experienced this on a tablet and I went to my profile in Outlook. Error message says not all of my settings were successfully deleted.
I then deleted them one by one. While they seem to be deleted, I exited Bing Co-Pilot and signed back in and they were still there. Even a day later.
I replicated the issue on Microsoft Edge and Chrome on Desktop.
It’s quite obvious Bing wants to keep your chat history as long as possible and they don’t respect your privacy.
Aside from this, Co-Pilot is incredibly frustrating to use. It fails to follow directions, continues to lie and denies that it does. In rare cases, it acknowledges it did in fact lie. And of course, when you challenge it, it loves to cut you off.

drag images doesn’t follow the mouse path
Hello,
Until yesterday, it was always easy for me to move images in Word. I could just click and drag, and the image would follow the path I was making with my mouse. However, since today this doesn’t work anymore. I can still click and drag, but the images won’t follow my mouse. This makes it really difficult to choose the correct position for my images. It is strange because if I group an image and a caption and then move the image in the group, it does follow my mouse. I suspect it has something to do with the anchor position, but I don’t know how to switch this off.
Word version = Version 2404 Build 16.0.17531.20140)
How can I solve this issue?
Thanks in advance.

Stack a SharePoint Library Sync
Hi All,
Just wondering if anyone has worked out how to stack SharePoint library sync’s?
Basically, we want to be able to perform syncs based on groups, and then if you’re in more than one group, you get more than one sync.
Instead at the moment, we see that we have to do a dozen different configuration profiles to satisfy all of the different group matchups?
It’s been like this for years, has there been any progress to try and give us a better solution?

Teams Custom App – 401 Unauthorized for other Team Members
Good Morning,
I have issiue with my Custom App. I create very simple app just showing our SharePoint pined to left side bar.
I can access this it, and SharePoint is showing, than nobody else in company can access it. They see the button but SharePoint is not loading or showing 401 Unauthorized error.
Did anyone face same issues? Is there any known solution for this situation?
Regards,
Michal
