Hyper-V Application Issues
So I have moved a client from an old HP server to a new HP Gen 11 server running Server 2022 and Hyper-V.
Everything is patched and running the newest firmware releases from HP>
In the VM running server 2022 there is an application that runs very slowly when moved to the new hardware.
We can not find the cause of the issue, but once moved back it runs fine.
A new VM was created to run the application and it was the same.
Everything else is fine and running as expected.
If anyone can suggest what the cause could be?

how to assign query one results to query 2 student id, each record should have each value, rather assigning one to all 20k students. please advise. i tried one but it is assigned same id to all STG_Student. please

How to remove Exchange Mgmt. Tools and re-install them?
I have a single Exchange 2016 server (CU 23) that in a hybrid configuration with M365. Something has happened and now I can’t use Exchange Mgmt. Shell on the Exchanger Server.
(“CannotConnect,PSSessionOpenFailed” is the ultimate error I see in the PS window when I launch it)
As a work-around I install the mgmt tools on another server (non-Exchange) and am successful in connecting to the exchange server with Exchange mgmt shell remotely. I would like to remove and reinstall the management tools on the server to try and resolve this issue. Presently, I’m not getting good backups so this is rather important. (my backup SW needs to connect to exchange server via PowerShell)
When I launch the CU 23 setup process the option to remove management tools is greyed out. (coincidentally so is the option to install Edge transport role which isn’t installed)
What is the best course of action to attempt to remove and reinstall the exchange management tools?
Since this is a hybrid setup I’m a bit concerned about doing anything that could break it.
Since this is a VM in Azure, I could deploy a second Exchange Server and move all the mailboxes to that server so I could at least get good backups of the mailboxes. Not ideal, but an option.

When I try to capture an image using the browser’s internal “screenshot” function, I find that the resulting image is in JPEG format. Both “Capture area” and “Capture full page”. This format is blurry, which is fine for photos, but for screenshots, the loss of image quality is fatal. I would have preferred to use the PNG format. At least in the Canary version, this little nuisance exists.

windstream email failed login
several months ago Microsoft edge did an update which disabled the email login to windstream. all others computers are ok and login. all other browsers on the affected computer login and are ok. the computer has been checked and passed for virus’ and other problems. Repair option for edge has been run. all other email accounts work ok on affected computer in edge. ONLY this computer with Only microsft edge and only with windstream email login is affected. windstrea, says not there problem because other browsers and other devices all wok so is microsoft problem. When trying to login it gets stuck on the page I pasted screen shot here.

I’ve downloaded the WindowsRemote Desktop client for Windows multiple times and I keep having the same issue. It’ll download, but when I try to open it, it won’t. I’ve tried opening it from the downloads on Chrome and the downloads from the file. I end up having to turn my laptop off completely to get my laptop to start working normally again.
Any assistance would be great,

Considerations when replicating VMs to new Azure subscriptions?
I’ve got a couple domain-joined (not Entra/AAD joined) virtual machines in Azure in a subscription that I want to copy over to another subscription. I only want to copy these VMs over so I can test some patches on them. However, the original VMs will still be online and in use.
I’ve seen others bring up AAD/Entra as a possible issue. Is there anything else I need to be worried about before replicating these VMs?

I use Forms to register to event (Pub Quiz) and I am able to sent automatic email by PoweAutoamte with confirmation “Your registration was successful” but I have no idea how to sent reminder two days prior the event. I created a list from excel but I can not synchro it and can not get any new response in it. What is the best/easiest way how to proceed? Many thanks!!!!
