I’m trying to Create a Custom Skill for Azure AI Search, following the Labs below.

When I try to creat an indexer with “./create–search” command on PowerShell of Visual Studio Code, the error is returned (I’m using C#);

{“error”:{“code”:””,”message”:”This indexer refers to a skillset ‘margies-custom-skillset’ that doesn’t exist”}}

Why does this happen? Where is the skillset ‘margies-custom-skillset’ stored?? Is there any hint to get this though? Access Keys (service, admin, storge) are correctly entered.

Hello!

I have an Ubuntu distro running on WSL2 with Mirrored Networking enabled, so the virtual machine and the host share IP and adapter. Inside the distro, I have Docker installed with several services running, listening on different ports. I can correctly access the services running directly on the virtual machine (e.g., SSH on port 22) using localhost:22.

My problem is that I cannot access the Docker container services from the host using the local IP (127.0.0.1, localhost, 192.168.0.9). The strange thing is that I can access them through my public IP over the Internet.

Hi everyone,

I’m hoping someone can help me with an issue I’ve been having in Microsoft Word 2019. I’m working on a collaborative document, and we’re using the Track Changes and Comments features extensively. Recently, I’ve encountered a problem that’s driving me a bit crazy.

Here’s what’s happening:

Whenever I add a comment, the comment bubble appears, but sometimes the text within the bubble gets cut off or doesn’t display properly. It’s as if the bubble is too small for the text, and resizing it doesn’t help. This makes it really hard to read and review comments.

Additionally, when I’m tracking changes, some of the edits don’t show up in the margin as they should. Instead, they appear inline with the text, which is confusing and makes the document hard to follow.

I’ve tried:

Restarting Word and my computerRepairing the Office installationChecking for updatesResetting the comment and track changes settings to default

None of these solutions have worked so far. Has anyone else experienced similar issues or have any suggestions on how to fix this? It’s becoming a major obstacle in our collaboration process.

I have finished writing a document, having saved all the time for hours. 

Then SOMETHING weird happened. The 980 words disappeared and I ended up with a blank page.

I closed word and reopened hoping I’ll get a chance to recover after restarting,

No, I couldn’t recover.

I can post the screenshot I got from the blank page.

That is a huge loss for me because of the creative nature of the writing. 

I paid 80 US$ for Data Rescue software but had no success using it, or maybe it’s the wrong software.

Can anybody help?

This week, I’ve been working on a service request case where we need to export multiple databases using SqlPackage. Following, I would like to share my lesson learned to export  simultaneous several databases, saving the export files to the F:sql folder and the logs of the operations to the F:sqllog folder.

Few recommendations when performing these exports:

Enable Accelerated Networking: This enhances data transfer performance.
Virtual Machine:

Be in the same region of the server. 
The virtual machine needs to have enough space in the %temp% folder for the temporary files generated during the process. Lesson Learned #21: There is not enough space on the disk exporting BacPac using SSMS – Microsoft Community Hub
The machine should have sufficient CPU capacity, ideally between 4 to 8 CPUs, depending on the volume of operations.
Use SSD or Premium storage for better performance.
