What does this setting do in IIS – Ssl Settings – Require SSL ?
I would like to understand the effect of this setting in IIS
What happens when this check box named <code>”Require SSL”</code> is checked?
Does this enable https: protocol on a http site?
Does this allow only https: urls? and not http: urls on a web application?
I can’t possibly find any information surrounding this checkbox if checked!

Planner completing multiple tasks across the same plan in multiple channels
Hi, we recently started using Microsoft Teams and are very excited to start using Planner with it. As we created a plan, we wanted to be able to use the same plan within a team (the Use an existing plan from this team option) via channels, but what’s happening is when we checked off something completed on one channel within the team it then checks off everything in the other channels as well? We have a lot of repeated tasks that we were hoping we wouldn’t have to recreate within the project.
Help is appreciated in advance 🙂

Microsoft Copilot with commercial data protection
Hello,
We are set up to use the Microsoft Copilot site with commercial data protection and I find that it works great for what I have needed, especially in the Edge side bar. However, someone brought up an interesting use case and I can’t get it to work when using the commercial data protection version. If I upload a picture and then ask a question about that picture, I will get a message that says “It looks like your last message was interrupted”. If I log out of Edge/Copilot and try the standard site without the commercial protection, then it appears to work fine. Does anyone know if there are settings somewhere that need to be changed to allow this?
Thanks,
Eric Krueger

How to create SQL query against Access database?
Simple question from a n00b here. I’ve connected the Access application to a local copy of a database and can see the tables; now I need to make an SQL query against one of the tables.
When I click on “View” in the ribbon, there’s two choices: Datasheet View and Design View.
I’m expecting a third choice, SQL View, but I don’t see that option.

safely ejecting hardware
Up until recently, when I’ve used the ‘safely eject hardware” task I would get a message that is was ‘safe to remove the hardware’. But now, although the hardware gets ejected as evidenced by viewing ‘file explwrer’, the message is not received. Is there a setting to again receive this message when ejecting hardware? or?

Automate – Merging Excel Files from Multiple Folders
I’m looking for a way to merge Excel sheets from different folders. Situation: Excel files are added to a SharePoint each day via email delivery to a sub-channel. SharePoint automatically puts them into a folder based on the delivery month… so in the future, there will be new folders created automatically.
I’ve tried to use Power Query to pull all the files from the parent folder– it’s utterly stumped, and won’t read the files themselves; it meticulously pulls data from the email (.eml) files, and only pulls the file properties from the Excel (.xls) files.
How do I get it to read the .xls files for data when they’re in different folders– and more folders will be added over time?

HELP! Excel workbook appears fine for all others, will not show photos for me!
I am running a Macbook Air (13in Early 2015) Monterey Ver 12.7.4Microsoft Excel for Mac, ver 16.84This is a file that I am working supplied by the client by an outside party (from airtasker in Australia). I have supplied links to both files, just in case some does not want to run macros. I have included what I see to help. Is there a way to tell how a picture is added? Because what I am doing is reliant in seeing the photos, that are no longer available, I really need to figure out how to get them back? If possible… I also have an error that came up when I tried to paste the sheet. I have read that doing it in a microsoft account, may cause issues, with other versions?I am hoping someone has magic to figuring this out as I am under the gun to do several things to this spreadsheet and cannot start until I can see! Just one sheet with no macros Full workbook with personal data removed – Macros THANK YOU in advance~
