I am new to Windows 11 and would love to know what is the shortcut for taking screenshot on Windows 11 PC. In the past, I was mainly working on Windows 7, and the methods I knew don’t seem to work the same way here. Can anyone help me out with some easy steps or tips for capturing my screen?
I’ve heard there are a few different ways to screenshot on Windows 11, like using keyboard shortcuts or built-in tools, but I’m not sure which one is the best or easiest. It could be better if it supports scrolling screenshot and basic editing features.

How Can I Convert PDF to Excel Spreadsheet in Windows 11?
Is there any good option out there that could help me convert pdf to excel and retain the original format? I have dozens of PDF files (contain useful data set) and want to pull off the data directly to an excel spreadsheet. .xls or .xlsx are fine for me.
However, I tried the Excel app but it can’t open PDF file. Now, I am stuck. I’ve tried a couple of online pdf to excel converters, but they either mess up the formatting or have limitations on the number of pages. Does anyone have a solid recommendation to convert PDF to Excel that works well on Windows 11? Ideally, something that’s easy to use and keeps the formatting intact after PDF to excel conversion. Free options are a bonus, but I’m open to paid solutions if they get the job done right.

OneDrive Error – Unable to open file via Open in App
This error has occurred with one of our users.
When they go to open a PDF via Open in App, they get ‘Error 0x80070183 – The cloud sync provider failed to perform the operation due to low system resources’ (see image attached).
I checked the users C drive and it was quite full so I went on and deleted all the items from the OneDrive Cache, all items from their downloads, and went on to empty their Recycle bin.
We checked this again the following day and the error still appeared.
If there a limit to how much you need to have available to use this function?
The user definitely has several GB free which I thought would be enough.
I know OneDrive creates temporary folders to host files when using Open in App, so I understand the requirement for free space, but I’m not sure why it’s so much, if that is in fact the cause.
Any feedback here would be appreciated.

I have a List with choice column named “Status” which give user to choose “Yes” or “No” based on the preparation of the documentation. I want the user to provide a Hyperlink to the document if they choose “Yes” through a prompt. The prompt option should be available only if they choose “Yes”. Second, they should not be able to save list choosing “Yes” and not providing the link to the document. Lastly, “Yes” should be clickable to the hyperlink attached.

Introducing SharePoint Video Pages
We are excited to share that we are releasing video page templates in SharePoint Pages and News. With this feature, we’re enabling authors to create video centric page content. These templates are available in both SharePoint and Stream, making it easy to showcase video with a customized and branded pages experience from either application.
Creating a video page from Stream Web App
This feature enables the creation of Pages and News outside of the SharePoint platform. Navigate to a video on the Stream Web App. Under the share dropdown, you will see a new entry point: Create video news post.
Tip: This entry point is only available when the video is stored on a SharePoint site where you have editing permission. If you are not seeing the entry point, try copying the video to another site.
Within the template picker, select your template type, page type, and any related documents you want to include on your page.
Tip: Video metadata, such as the title and description, is copied to the page so make sure it is up to date.
After finalizing your selections in the template picker, go to the canvas for editing. Edit your video page like other SharePoint Pages, then publish and share when you are ready!
Create a video page from a SharePoint Site
The video page templates surface in the Page and News template pickers within a SharePoint site.
Choose a video page template, then add your video to the Stream web part and edit the rest of your page before publishing.

Sharepoint synchronization issues
Hello all,
for a project we chose Sharepoint 365 as data storage and created a link from the Documents library to OneDrive, so all data stored in Documents is synchronized with the users device (about 30 users are working in this project and are synchronizing this data).
In the Documents library currently there are about 11000 folders (in the root) with subfolders and files each folder.
The problem is, that changes are synchronized veeeeeery slowly.
When a user creates a file/folder oder changes a file/folder locally it takes hours to days(!) until the change is synchronized to Sharepoint (online).
We see, that the OneDrive app is searching and detecting changes, synchronizing changes and finishes synchronization, but the change is not synchronized, also the file/folder is still tagged with the “pending synchronization” icon.
OneDrive restart, Windows reboot, nothing helps.. Sometime later (hours to days) the change is synchronized, but now other users have the problem, that this change needs to be synchronized with them and this process also can take hours to days.
The problem concerns all users that are working in this project.
So, all users are cery frustrated and we have no idea, what we can do.
We hope there is someone who knows possible solutions.
We use Win11, OneDrive 24.091.0505.0003, Sharepoint 365, 1Gb Internet connection
