Copilot for M365 Forward Slash Pop-Up not Loading within Teams
A user who has recently been assigned a Copilot for M365 license has approached myself with an issue I have not been able to find an answer to. They’re trying to reference files in Teams using the forward slash (/) command, but no pop-up is showing up when they do so; no other user who has been assigned the license is experiencing this issue. Would appreciate if someone could point out what could possibility be stopping the pop-up from appearing, and any steps to try to resolve this.

Output names to a grid comparing two data points
Hi
I have a table with columns for student names and assessment scores for multiple assessments, each graded 1 to 9. I also have a tracking table where grades for one assessment go horizontally and a second set of grades go vertically. I am looking for some help devising a formula that will output any of the names from the data table that have assessment grades, (for example Assessment 1 is 9,and assessment 2 is 9), to the appropriate cell in the grid where 9 and 9 intersect.
Thank you for any help you can offer.
Simon

Microsoft ActionPack – still missing Office 2021!
For £420 per year it’s pretty disgraceful that with Office 2024 due for release soon we still don’t have access to Office 2021 in the Microsoft Action Pack Subscription (stuck on Office 2019). Back in the day MS would send out CDs/DVDs in the post as soon as new software was launched but now they can’t even be bothered uploading it to the website for us to download it ourselves!
I’ve spoken to two people at Microsoft about this, and even had a teams call. While they were very friendly and understanding they were not senior enough to actually do anything about it.
Come on Microsoft – we’re your ‘partners’ and you expect us to pay a LOT of money every year for the privilege. At least get the latest versions on the Software Benefits site!

(Dataverse) Selective Power query?
Hi,
I am new to using Dataverse and power query.
I am currently use two excel files – one for material data source and other for partlist.
So far, no trouble, but with growing number of materials.
I want to change the excel data source to Dataverse.
Background:
Using an excel file as main material data source.Other excel file uses XLOOKUP to find the item code to pull item details.Material data is growing (so far 5,000 rows). Thinking to change the data source to Dataverse.
Questions:
I understand by creating query connection – the data needs to load into the target file then I can use XLOOKUP to query table. But I want it to selective – instead of all 5,000 data to be pulled into file. Can the power query be selective based on the item code that was used on the partlist?
*like below image
Thank you in an advance.

Graph client for OneDrive upload doesn’t work with some accounts
For a few days now, uploads to a previously used OneDrive account have been unsuccessful with an error message:
Status Code: BadRequest, Microsoft.Graph.ServiceException: Code: invalidRequest, Message: Invalid request….ClientRequestId…
However, it works perfectly fine with a newly created OneDrive account. This is where the code gets stuck:
var uploadSession = await graphClient.Me.Drive.Root
.ItemWithPath(folder + fileName)
.CreateUploadSession(uploadProps)
.Request()
.PostAsync();
I haven’t changed anything with the old account. Another user has also encountered the problem with their previously used account. The Azure service associated with the Graph API doesn’t report any issues, I’m not aware of any critical updates/version change, and I have no idea where to start from here. In the application, the user connects to their own account and uploads a zip file there.
Addition after two months: The same thing happened with the newly created OneDrive account I mentioned in my previous post. It worked for two months and has been stuck with the same error message as the first case for the past two days.
I can’t think of anything other than there being some sort of quota in the Graph API that prevents uploading over a certain amount, time, or total file size. Does anyone have information on this?

Formula help for tables that columns may change positions
Hi
I have created the below formula in column S (report number) to bring through a report number.
=VLOOKUP(Table_query__1[Title],Lists!Q:R,2,FALSE)
The whole data table in Table_query_1 is data that will be pasted in every time I do a new report. This is data exported from MS lists that has the same column header names, however the column order may change (this is unavoidable). So [Title] in Table_query_1 may end up in column U, W or X etc when pasted in.
The “Lists” in column Q match the names in [Title] (there’s a total of 177 lines) and column R is the report number I need to bring through that’s based off column Q.
I have just tested pasting in new data where the [Title] column was not in the same column and it has thrown my formula out. How can I avoid this from happening? I’ve looked into doing a match and index, however I’m finding it difficult to navigate it.

How to fix QuickBooks Desktop Error 6190 after update window?
Troubleshooting Solutions : QuickBooks Desktop Error 6190
QuickBooks Desktop Error 6190 typically occurs when there’s a mismatch between the company file and the transaction log file. This discrepancy can be caused by various reasons, including network issues, multiple users accessing the file simultaneously, or the company file being located on a server that is not accessible.
Here are some troubleshooting steps to resolve Error 6190:
Single User Mode: Ensure that no other user is accessing the company file. Error 6190 often arises when multiple users try to access the file simultaneously. Ask other users to log out and try accessing the file again.
Copy the File Locally: Copy the company file from the server to the local drive of your system and try opening it. If the file opens without any error, it indicates that the issue may be related to the network or server accessibility.
Use QuickBooks File Doctor: QuickBooks File Doctor is a diagnostic tool provided by Intuit to fix common QuickBooks errors, including Error 6190. Download and run the tool to scan and repair any issues with your company file.
Update QuickBooks: Ensure that your QuickBooks Desktop software is up to date. Sometimes, outdated software can lead to compatibility issues and errors like Error 6190. Update QuickBooks to the latest version available.
Check for Hosting Settings: Verify the hosting settings on all computers accessing the company file. Hosting should be turned off on all workstations except the one hosting the company file. To check hosting settings, go to File > Utilities > Stop Hosting Multi-User Configuration.
Rename .TLG and .ND Files: Renaming the transaction log (.TLG) and network descriptor (.ND) files associated with your company file can sometimes resolve Error 6190. Locate the files with the same name as your company file but with extensions .TLG and .ND. Rename them by adding .old at the end of the file name.
Run Rebuild Data Utility: QuickBooks includes a built-in utility called Rebuild Data, which can fix data integrity issues within the company file. Go to File > Utilities > Rebuild Data and follow the on-screen instructions to run the utility.
Check for Data Corruption: If none of the above steps resolve the issue, there might be data corruption within the company file. In such cases, restoring the company file from a backup or seeking assistance from QuickBooks support may be necessary.
Following these troubleshooting steps should help resolve QuickBooks Desktop Error 6190 and allow you to access your company file without any further issues. If the problem persists, consider contacting QuickBooks support for further assistance.

Excel Query – Can I restrict shared users from seeing multiple sheet views?
I have just discovered sheet views. I have a central excel document that I need to share with users across 8 different agencies. I plan to create a sheet view to show each user their specific content. However, it appears that they would still be able to select a different sheet view if they chose to do so.
Is there a way I can lock that down so they only see the specific sheet view? eg: Fred should only see the sheet view for Flintstones, not Default and Simpsons as well. Likewise, Marge should only see the Simpsons sheet view, not the Default or Flintstones options.
My current approach of breaking down the document into many smaller copies is not sustainable as I need all the information to come together again in one sheet.

Links to emails in Microsoft To-Do broken after archiving the email
It worked a few weeks until two weeks ago…
I can drag an Outlook email to the To-Do pane to create a new task. This task reminds me to reply to that email later. The To-Do task then contains a link back to the email. So far so good.
However, if I archive the email, the link to the email in the To-Do task breaks.
When will this work again?
