Apple Mail
Hello – I thought I had clicked on Tech support, but here I am in a discussion space?
Hopefully someone can help – the last few weeks has been a nightmare with my hotmail on Apple mail.
Am I going to need to change all the emails to outlook officially, and let everyone know (hundreds and hundreds???)?? Or does hotmail stay while the magic works in the background as outlook?
I’ve tried resolving this at least 6 times with Apple Support (which actually exists, unlike MS…….), but I wonder if I need to fully change my email handle before it will quit giving me grief and work with the Apple Mail??

iOS OneDrive does not show all files and folders visibile in web application
I have some folders in our sharepoint site that are visible in the web application (e.g. web browser at https://ourcompany.sharepoint.com/sites/OurSite
But they are not visible in the iOS OneDrive application.
I’m logged in using my work credentials.
Most of the folders/files visible on the web application are visible in the iOS application but some are not.

OneDrive corrupts computer storage
OneDrive has proven to be a frustrating and aggravating unreliable piece of junk..
Example 1:

Why didn’t OneDrive allow the local copy of the file to be physically updated when I saved it – at the time I saved it.????

With the computer off-line: open <filename>Edit Filename.Save filenameGet warning message that computer is offlineSelect to save the file, anyway.do other things off line.go online and handle other tasksnavigate to and open <filename> It is the unedited version of the file!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Sidebar comes up saying excel has a temporary backupWhy didn’t OneDrive allow the local copy of the edited <filename> to be saved as commanded in the first place?Open the temporary backupIt is the edited version of the fileSystem REFUSES to save the backup file to <filename>
Again: OneDrive is a pain to use. Working with documents is unreliable, you never know which version you are going to get. When you use File Explorer to navigate to and open the file, it will show the correct version, when you select the file from other applications for it to be inserted, it pulls a previous version of the file.
What is physically written in the Local Copy is unreliable.

Conversation Styles Missing
Hello, I have a Copilot 365 license along with a small group of other test users. We all noticed on Friday that suddenly the conversation styles (Precise, Balanced, Creative) are no longer there. The rest of our people are using Copilot with Commercial Data Protection only, and they still have them. Our region is set to United States and always has been. I’m wondering if this is an intentional update to remove those conversational styles for 365 users and/or if this will soon disappear for our non 365 users? We have done a lot of training and included using these styles, so we’ll need to inform our users if this is going away. Thanks for any insight!

I’m about to handover a membership list which is held on a spreadsheet in Dropbox. I’ve shared the File with the new admin, and her name is appearing as ‘Able to Edit’ but she can’t Edit the file. Do I need to change her to Owner? If so, how do I do that?

I’m trying to create a surrogate model for vehicle dynamics in Simulink, but I’m encountering an error when setting parameters for the 2-D Lookup Table block. I would greatly appreciate any advice.
When executing the following code, this error occurs.

I am trying to import force maps data from JPK and I could not find any clue on how to begin. Could anyone help me with how I could import raw data from force map files? Any hints and ideas are appriciated. My plan is to fit the data myself in Matlab as the available programs do not offer good fitting methods. I’ve encountered persistent problems with the Phone Link app on Windows 11, leading me to delete and re-add my phone multiple times. The app stopped displaying the messages I received, despite previously working without issues.

Hello everyone, I’m having trouble with the archive icon not showing up in the context menu.
This issue is really frustrating me.
I attempted the following solutions:
I installed Revo Uninstaller to try and uninstall WinRAR in hopes of fixing this issue.
I uninstalled WinRAR through the Control Panel.

Attention everyone, I encountered an issue while attempting to access safe mode by selecting a selective startup in msconfig. Upon restarting, I am now completely locked out. The Lock Screen displays an error message stating that my pin is not available. When I try to set up a new pin, I am prompted to search for an app in the store, but nothing happens when I click on it. I am in urgent need of assistance as I am currently locked out of my system. I have already attempted restarting and pressing F8, but to no avail. Your help in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Linking Data Product asset access to Fabric Access

I’ve created a few Data Products which include scanned Metadata from Fabric Objects. Based on Data Product policies, access is granted after review. Is there a way to link read-only access to the objects(Lakehouse tables, Semantic Layer Objects) in Fabric, based on granting access to the Data Product? The way I’ve set it up, only access to the metadata is granted, not the actual objects in Fabric Workspace.

Rebind the MS Teams team to a specific SharePoint site
We’ve performed a migration of Slack to MS Teams.
One of the tasks was to perform the migration of multiple channels to one logical team.
The migration process was completed successfully.
However, after migration, we discovered that it is not possible to attach files to one channel in the team (later we found more than one such channel).
The fix was to open the tab “Files” in Teams, then the user was allowed to upload (attach) files.
During the troubleshooting, we found that while the migration process is in progress, and there’s a need to upload files (found in Slack), an associated SharePoint site is created.
In our case, the SharePoint site with the same name (as the team name itself) was created early (probably during our migration tests/dry runs and wasn’t deleted properly) which led to the creation of a SharePoint site with a different naming (as two SharePoint sites with the same naming couldn’t exist) during the real migration.
(examples:
team name = prj-team
existing (early created) ShP site = https://domain.sharepoint.com/sites/prj-team
newly created ShP site (bound to an MS Teams team) = https://domain.sharepoint.com/sites/prj-team956
)
This implies a lot of inconvenience for the users and we’re looking the way to resolve/mitigate it.
We cannot destroy all teams and channels and restart the migration.
The question here – can a team in MS Teams be updated to be bound to another SharePoint site?
