Drafts not appearing in Draft folder on laptop.
Since moving to a new laptop about three weeks ago, and moving from Windows 10 to Windows 11, draft emails are no longer being saved in my conventional Outlook’s Drafts folder on the laptop. If I close an in-progress message I am not asked whether I want to save the message. If try to move a message to that folder from another folder, e.g. drag a message from Trash to Drafts, it does not appear in the Drafts folder. HOWEVER…if I search for those messages using the laptop I can find them and they are marked as being in Drafts. And, they also appear in the Drafts folder on my iPhone and the Xfinity website, suggesting the problem is isolated to my laptop’s Outlook app.
So, why don’t I see them on my laptop?
