After switching from a game to another window, I often experience significant lag when returning to the game. This issue results in stuttering and delays when moving the mouse to navigate the game view. The only solution I have found so far is to restart the game. The problem persists even when the screen content is static, such as when navigating menus with the mouse pointer. This drop in frames per second has been ongoing for over a year.
