Hi, I’m trying to create a tracking spreadsheet indicative by color based on value. Using IF function, will work if I do it individually by cell but I’m wondering if there’s a better way. I’m working with < less than and > greater than.   Example: Reference Number in A3, if number in comparison cells (all in the same column) are greater, I need the cell green, if less I need the cell red. I tried conditional formatting but not having much luck.
